A Note About Community News...

We get a lot of information in the Grand Lodge office regarding memorial services, individuals who are experiencing health issues, family members who are ill, personal celebrations, etc. Up until now we really haven't had a good place to spotlight that information, so we're going to try something new.
If you have information you would like to pass along to your Brethren, please send it and it will be placed here. All information is subject to review by the Grand Secretary, who will have the final decision over what is published.

Some guidelines:

Please consider the "shelf life" of the information you are providing; if you are passing on information of a serious medical condition, please consider updating us every few days.
Once information is no longer relevant, it will be removed. Most items will only stay online for a week or so.
Items like physical addresses, phone numbers, etc., will not be placed online unless permission is received from the person to be contacted. For example, if you are reporting an illness and are suggesting cards be sent, the ill person's address will not be published without their express permission. You may submit your own address, which will be posted, and you may then pass those cards on. we understand this might complicate the process, but there is just too great a liability issue to allow it to be done any other way.
This area is, in a large part, dependent upon YOU, our readers. The more you contribute, the more relevant and functional our website will be. Please contribute!
