Deputy of the Grand Master in District 9
District 9 consists of 87 Lodges enclosed within Island County, Western Skagit and Snohomish Counties. The North and East boundary is located at Sedro Woolley, while Langley forms the boundary in the South. Three Lodges are located on Fidalgo and Whidby Islands which form the Western boundary. I-5 connects several Lodges on the mainland. State Road # 20 links Sedro Woolley to the I-5 corridor. State Road # 20 also provides access to the Lodges on the Islands.
