Deputy of the Grand Master in District 18
District 18 consists of 5 Lodges that are enclosed within Cowlitz County. It is bounded in the North by Vader and in the South by Woodland. All Lodges lay on one side, or the other, of I-5.
The following blue lodge organizations operate in this district:

- Kelso Lodge No. 94, meets on 2nd & 4th Tues @ 7:30, 4th Tues in June, Dark in July & Aug.
- Little Falls Lodge No. 176 (Vader), meets 4th Fri @ 8 PM, except Dec, Dark in July & Aug.
