District 23 consists of 7 Lodges located in the South-Central region of Washington. The District is bounded in the East by three Tri-Cities Lodges and the four remaining Lodges are strung-out along I-82 as far West as Sunnyside.

The following blue lodge organizations operate in this district:

• Euclid Lodge No. 125 (Prosser), meets on 2nd & 4th Thurs @ 8:00, Dark July and August
• Sunnyside Lodge No. 138, meets on 4th Tues @ 8:00, Dark July and August
• Kennewick Lodge No. 153, meets on 1st & 3rd Wed @ 7:30, except GL, Dark July and August (Contact)
• Pasco Lodge No. 173, meets on 1st & 3rd Tues @ 7:30, Dark July and August (Contact)
• Grandview Lodge No. 191, meets on 1st & 3rd Mon @ 8:00, 3rd Mon in June, Dark July and August (Contact)
• Benton Lodge No. 277 (Benton City), meets on 1st & 3rd Thurs @ 7:30
• Richland Lodge No. 283, meets on 1st & 3rd Mon @ 7:30, except New Year's Day, Labor Day & Mon prior to GL., Dark July and August (Contact)
