Deputy of the Grand Master in District 28
District 28 consists of 4 Lodges located in Grant and Adams Counties. The North boundary is at Ephrata with Othello in the South. The District extends from Quincy, in the West, to Rizville in the East. I-90 virtually bisects the District from West to East. From I-90, several State Routes link the Lodges together.
The following blue lodge organizations operate in this district:
- Quincy Lodge No. 161, meets on 1st Thurs @ 8:00, except holidays or G.L., Dark July and August. (Contact)
- Ephrata Lodge No. 167, meets on 2nd Mon @ 7:30, Dark July and August.
- Moses Lake Lodge No. 174, meets on 2nd & 4th Tues @ 7:30, Dark July

- Paul Revere Lodge No. 205 (Othello), meets on 1st & 3rd Tues @ 8:00
