A Note About Community News...
We get a lot of information in the Grand Lodge office regarding memorial
services, individuals who are experiencing health issues, family members who are
ill, personal celebrations, etc. Up until now we really haven't had a good place
to spotlight that information, so we're going to try something new.
If you have information you would like to pass along to your Brethren,
please send it to me and I'll place it here. All
information is subject to review by the Grand Secretary, who will have the final
decision over what is published.
Some guidelines:

Please consider the "shelf life" of the information you are
providing; if you're passing on information of a serious medical condition,
please consider updating us every few days.

Once information is no longer relevant, I will remove it. Most items
will only stay online for a week or so.

I will not place physical addresses, phone numbers, etc., online unless
I receive permission from the person to be contacted. For example, if you
are reporting an illness and are suggesting cards be sent, I will not
publish the ill person's address without their express permission. You may submit your own address, which I will put on, and you
may then pass those cards on. I do
understand this makes it awkward, but there is just too much weirdness out
there for me to feel comfortable doing it any other way.
